China Link is a sourcing partner working between China and the Gulf. We handle the entire import process on behalf of traders and companies — from finding the right factory to the arrival of the shipment — instead of leaving you to manage it from a distance.

On the ground in China

What sets our work apart is having a team physically inside China, not an intermediary communicating only by email. That means visiting factories in person, negotiating directly, and resolving problems during production before they become problems in your shipment.

What we actually do

We find the supplier and factory that match your product, quantity and specifications, and negotiate price, terms and production time. We arrange samples before you commit to a large order, monitor the manufacturing stages, inspect products, packaging and quantities before they leave China, then coordinate shipping to your country.

How the process works

You send us the product details and quantity, we research and compare suppliers, then send you a quote. Once approved, production begins under our supervision, followed by inspection, preparation and shipping through to delivery — and you know where your order stands at every stage.

Shipping options

We coordinate air, sea, land and express freight, and recommend the option that best fits each order based on quantity, cost and required timing.
